Inspired by the adventurous spirit of local historical figures, we’ve named our kitchens after some of the most influential men and women of our region.

The Lewis & Clark Kitchen and Chouteau Kitchen are both shared spaces. Named after Meriwether Lewis and William Clark, who led the first expedition across the American West, and Auguste Chuoteau, who was the founder of St. Louis, we hope you’ll find the inspiration needed in these kitchens to succeed on your culinary journey!
